Learn Grow Invest started with seven persons in a WhatsApp group and has now become a Caribbean wide Investment Community. As we learn, we teach others and help them fulfill purpose through wise investment decisions.

ABOUT LGI

Learn Grow Invest is an investment community founded on Biblical principles and built on Deuteronomy 8:18. The community was founded by the husband and wife team – Jermaine & Renate McDonald.

We focus on providing useful investing and personal finance information while promoting financial education and literacy. We believe that individual financial health is one of the keys to building our people and our nation.

The goal of Learn Grow Invest is to help others embrace each aspect – Learning, Growing, and Investing, all to the glory of God.

Our Story

Our journey to financial freedom started when we first applied for a mortgage to buy our first home. We had been married for a few years and wanted to take that next step. When we went to the bank they told us our networth was negative two million Jamaican dollars. Short version, we couldn't buy our home.

Things started to turn around when we started to apply biblical principles to our finances. We learned about tithing, investing, debt management, first fruits and more. It completely changed things for the better. 

We were able to clear our debts, purchase multiple real estate properties and build a solid investment portfolio of stocks and private equity.
